Spigen Tempered Glass Screen Protector [GlasTR Slim] Designed for MacBook Pro 16 inch (M4 Pro / M4 Pro Max / M3 series / M2 series / M1 series)

Excellent Screen Protector Glass... highly recommended.I had a sudden black screen that wouldn't recovery but had normal display on alternate monitor. After a $1000 screen replacement MBP M1 Max, due to Small Kitten making 1 small tooth chip in top corner, she was attempting to play & get my attention, nibbling the top corner of lid. About 3-4 days later the screen failed. Apple amazingly replaced and returned the MBP Notebook in 2 days. Sadly my Apple coverage ended 1 month early... unit was 13 months old, special order at $4300 so couldn't toss it and purchase new.I purchased this screen protector to help avoid a 2nd failed screen. The design having the thin lid; everything including glass is thin & fragile. Actually, I purchased 2 Kits... 1 for spare.Screen protector is ultra thin and fits nearly exact to screen. There is apx 1mm on each side and 2mm at bottom... I have it placed on top edge, so essentially full coverage. It is thin and fits below the Notebook's Lid "edge lip"... indicating it's below the surface of lid an not contacting the notebook body.Screen Protector applied very nice! I use compressed air can after cleaning to help gently blow off dust. Kit comes with tacky strips to help remove small dust, and screen can be easily lifted multiple times and dust removed under screen with tacky strip. No bubbles, no odd visuals. I personally feel the glass is extremely clear and I don't get the rainbow colors others are mentioning when I turn screen 30-45 degrees from my view. Glass doesn't add any color filter, privacy block and does NOT reduce the sharpness, colors or brightness of Mac Screen.NOTE: The thinness is important; Apple states you should not have any material contacting the body & screen. A silicone keyboard cover; one with FCP shortcut keys marked. I was informed not to use when closed because it slightly contacts screen when closed. They also said not to use any Screen Protect because it would contact body with pressure on screen. This is NOT the case with this Screen Protector's Thin Glass. It's under the Lid's Edge lip that contacts the Notebook Body, screen protector does not contact body.Spigen makes very high quality products and this kit arrives in very protective box and is an excellent product, highly recommend if you're concerned about a $1000 screen replacement.

I had ordered a MacBookPro M4 case, and it came with a keyboard protector. When I put it on the keyboard, I could not type and even worse, the back lighting could not get through, making it as if the keyboard did not have back lighting.I had one like it for my previous MacBookPro. The keys were also sticky and did not feel "normal".This product is completely transparent and feels like there's nothing there. Highly recommend it.

Easy to install, durable and little to no glare. Looks very clean too - as if no screen protector was added. Also, quality is great - worth the price! Definitely recommend.

Easy to put on (I had to remove the first time because I put it on upside down, and it still went on easily). Adheres well. As more than one reviewer has noted, there is considerable glare when there is other light present from behind you or from the side. It works perfectly for protection and in the absence of other light sources, there is no glare. At times I have increased the computer light, moved the laptop or turned off the light to compensate. Since I have broken more than one screen it is nevertheless worth it.

The screen protector looks nice. The "glass" surface have a nice touch to it (not that you will touch it often given the MacBook Pro is not a touch screen). As with any large-size screen protector, it can be quite hard to install without any lints getting in, but that's not really the fault of the product. It actually really nice that the screen protector comes with two taps for you to hold while installing. Make life much easier! The glass is also thin enough that you can flex it quite a bit, which make remove some lint with a small strip of tape post installation possible! Can't say if the thickness will interfere with anything (like touching the keyboard) long-term but seems good for now.

I freaking love this screen protector. The screen looks very clear, no problem when closing the computer, and the clarity is great. The screen of this computers can be very delicate so very happy to have an extra layer of protection. Highly recommend

I used Moshi screen protector years ago for my MBA and loved how adhesive is only on the edges and the film floats just above the screen so there's absolutely no worries with bubbles. I couldn't find one like that for my new new laptop and it wasn't clear from the description of this Spigen protector how application process would work. I'm happy to report that this one has adhesive only on edges so once you line up corners straight, then that's it. No need to squeeze bubbles out! This is the best design for easy application!! Also, it doesn't make screen blurry or dark - it's as if there's nothing on it. This is a great product and it's worthwhile paying extra for it.

The overall quality of the screen is fine... But.... The amount of glare that is added to the screen makes the laptop almost unusable... It makes the laptop look and feel cheap.
