Sturdy product, A+++ customer service
Heavy duty, easy to use regularly shifting 200kg+ and it was a breeze to assemble.I don't find it at all difficult to change configuration from sack truck to trolley.A+++ customer service from Joe & Mike when I had a minor problem with a screw not tightening - replacement sent immediately without dither or delay.

Handle tubes does not slot in - useless
The handle does not slot in as tubes not square and parallel with base tubes. Put it together with a sledge hammer never to be taken apart again. Rubbish.
