Nothing beats Taylor
Taylor is the go too. Not much more needs to be said. For some reason, this kit did not contain the CYA tube. I've reached out to seller but no response yet. Still, this is a great kit. It's just one option of several that any pool owner should have at the ready to keep their pool maintained.

Gives a much more accurate reading than strips
Takes a little more time but now I know what more spa water levels really are.I tried 5 differant types of strips and they either read wrong or I couldn't tell the colors right.The orange for PH was driving me nuts.Now I can get a good complete reading every time.If you want good tests its worth the money.

Taylor test kits are the gold standard!
Bought this kit to get away from the strips. It’s very accurate and easy to use - just follow the instructions on the card on the inside of the lid.I test FC/TC and pH every other day, and hardness, TA, and CYA once a week. This kit is great because it has big 2 oz bottles of all the reagents, and it came with three 2oz bottles of the CYA reagent.My only mistake was waiting so long to buy this kit!

More Than What the Average Pool Owner Needs - Works Great!
This test kit has everything you need. The book that comes with it is very handy. I already had good basic knowledge of water chemistry having been a pool dude when I was working my way through college. A test lit like this might be more than the average home/pool owner needs though. I love it!

After months of dealing with inaccurate strips I finally broke down and paid for this test kit. Totally worth it! It is overwhelming at first because you will feel like you’ve gone back to high school chemistry class but eventually you’ll get the hang of it. Has a very informative book and links to videos on how to test. I highly recommend watching a video or 2 to get it down.
