I think it's like 3 inches long only but still easy to use. My husband like it, though he's using the smallest in between the teeth. It has different sizes and you can use the large ones for your molars and big gaps.

Long angle brushes much easier to use than the shorter ones.. reach the back of my teeth no problem.. after being told I suffer from gum disease and possible teeth falling out sooner rather than later ..these are a great little tool to use and for a couple of minutes a day to unclog any bits of food that should not be there ...
