I have read a lot about chakras and had been practising as well for last many years. But I had this tendency of forgetting it and realising only after I would have some problem physically or mentally. The guided meditation for each chakra provided by Advait with a very good description of the location and colour of chakras have helped me improve my overall perception of chakras and their energy. I have found it extremely useful.Before reading the full book I started meditating for more than three chakras at the same time, which completely tired me and felt extremely heavy on all the chakra points. It's only after I reached the end of the book I realised my mistake.Thank YouAdvait
