I didn't have any trouble taking these but didn't seem to notice any dramatic results. I recently finished the bottle and will see if I see any changes while not taking them. A little pricey although the ingredient listing is comprehensive. If I see a decline in my skin, I'll come back and order more, otherwise, on to the next 'great thing'.

This supplement has good ingredients for skin health. The capsules are easy to swallow and didn't cause me any stomach upsets. I do have acne, and this has helped some, but I think it will take more than a month's supply to actually see good results. At this price point, I don't think I'll order more though.

All that said, I know and respect all of the ingredients in it and agree from memory of everything I’ve tried and have read through the years that they’re good for the claims they offer up “Online”. In my humble opinion, especially for those that are interested and know nothing about supplements, I’d highly recommend they add the ingredients and testing info onto the label in the near future.

Dermal Restore by PURA - Doctor-Approved - SKIN Rejuvenating Supplement actually has some very good ingredients, I usually take a little more of some of them though like the hyalouronic acid and the collagen but that is okay as I can still take my other supplements. It is easy to swallow, gave no stomach upset or other adverse reactions. It is made in the USA which is always a plus. I have not been taking it long enough to know if it has made any difference, but remember you have to take any supplement for 4 to 6 weeks to see results.

When searching for 'anti-aging' and 'anti-wrinkle' cream, I happen upon this product from Pura. They are capsules and not cream. However, looking at the ingredients, they are all on my list for positive skin rejuvenation. I ordered a bottle and will take these as a supplement to other products I use. I like finding all these essential elements in one capsule, so I am happy with the purchase and know that is the long term, long term, this product will help.

Note: for some reason, the ingredients list is not on the bottle, so make sure you look in the pictures of the description of the product before you buy. If you trust the research regarding ingredients that are good for your skin, this supplement certainly contains mega amounts of them. Biotin, pantothenic acid, and thiamine are especially good for you, and there’s no shortage in these pills. So, if you’re looking for a supplement that contains many of the researched (and proven?) compounds for better skin, then this is the one. Recommended.

I really like this product. Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!
