One of the product’s wheel got detached within 10 days of usage. The TSA lock attached is very problematic and it too got broken within the same tenure. The chains of the suitcase also fell off due to which it is currently inaccessible and of no use to us. Due to this I faced a lot of issues during my trip. Moreover, handling this suitcase was a tiresome task for me. Suitcases are subjected to such a condition only after years of usage but this luggage bag has gotten ruined within merely 10 days and therefore as a consumer it is a worrisome situation for us. From the next time, we will never buy products from this brand and advise others to think twice before purchasing the same.
