Good but a little spendy
The coffee flavor was good. No complaints overall. The cost was a little spendy, but it's not a rip-off given the decent quality and taste.

Same review as for Tayst
I was looking for a solution to what a thorny problem: How to enjoy both the flavor of great coffee responsibly (i.e., ecologically), while taking advantage of Keuring single serve coffee brewer convenience. No responsible coffee maker should be manufacturing pods that are not recyclable or, even better, compostable; most are still years away from either. Although I did find plastic pods that were 100% recyclable (provided your trash handler accepts #5 plastic), you are still left with more plastic; all plastic that has ever been manufactured still exists, even if it's on a microscopic level. So I searched for coffee pods that didn't rely on plastic and found what I thought were two separate brands on Amazon: Tayst and Glorybrew. Both claimed to use coffee pods that are "100% recyclable" so I ordered a package of both bold roasts to compare. Tayst "bills" itself as: Tayst Coffee Pods | 20 ct. Bold Sample Box | 100% Compostable Keurig K-Cup compatible | Gourmet Coffee in Earth Friendly packaging. GLORYBREW claims went even further: Variety Pack - 36 count 100% Compostable Coffee Pods for Keurig K-Cup Brewers - Rainforest Alliance certified – Medium, Dark and Extra Dark Roast | Better than Biodegradable Coffee Pods."The sample boxes arrived together and when I opened each, I began to think I was unwittingly participating in what Big Data calls "A/B testing". That means selling the same product using different hooks to see which one grabs a buyer's attention more effectively.1. The Tayst packaging has the marketing look and feel of an artisanal coffee brand, with a rainforest alliance logo that, at least subliminally, resembles the green Starbuck's logo and a nice note inside. But I don't buy coffee for the packaging alone. I only noticed the fine print about "industrial composting vs. backyard composting" after I opened the package at home.2.Gloryview - The Knight: Completely different packaging, same quasi-Starbucks rainforest logo, although this brand had been a bit more forthright on Amazon in making the distinction between industrial and back yard composting. The pods were identical to those in the Tayst package. The only difference was in the name of the coffee printed on the label.Unfortunately, both versions of this coffee are examples of false advertising:1. Two apparent brands; the same product.2. I get two choices with my trash collector: throw it out or recycle as glass, paper, metal or plastic. Industrial composting is not an option.3. "Big bold coffee flavor" tasted like something you'd get in a can at Stop & Shop.I guess the only sound coffee pod is NO coffee pod. I'm going back to the elementals of my Chemex.

Great Compostable Pod
The coffee in these pods is the best I have had in a compostable pod. I do not feel like I am giving up taste for the sake of the landfill.

Wonderful flavors!
My daughter told me I should stop drinking coffee from k-cups due to the carcinogens. I decided to try coffee k-type cups using a filter instead of a plastic container and saw Glorybrew. I purchased a variety pack of 3 strengths as a sampler. Love them all, love the flavor. The coffee pods come in a very nice resealable foil pack. I decided to purchase an OXO container with a push button seal anyway. My husband likes the Noble Extra Dark Roast (similar to a French Roast). I like the Knight Dark Roast (I used to drink Peet's Cafe Domingo) and I use the medium roast at my office as my coffee maker there makes a really strong brew. I hope Glorybrew can offer a subscribe and save as I really love this coffee.

BEST COFFEE PODS EVER!
First of all, I avoid the plastic K-cups at all costs because they are polluting our environment so I always buy these biodegradable coffee pods. Last time I had to order coffee, I came across this brand and decided to try it. So glad I did. It is indeed the best coffee I've ever had! No after taste, no bitterness, very smooth and flavorful. I love it and I highly recommend it. I wish they also made the ground coffee available for coffee makers so I could use it that way too. If you've been looking for a good cup of coffee, try this brand! Happy New Year!

I actually use my Keurig now!
I bought a Keurig earlier this year, along with a reusable gold filter. Not impressed. I didn't want to buy pods because of the waste and cost. For convenience's sake, I begrudgingly bought a box - GLORYBREW, to be specific. I am very glad I did! Decent flavor, convenient, fully compostable. I rated it 4 stars only because the flavor is not as rich as when I grind my own/use my own filter. I am reordering another 3 boxes today, so they must be doing something right!

Good coffee
Very good flavor. Some dark roast are not really strong enough but this brand is just right as far as the bold strength. Makes a good cup of coffee!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Brew!
I like a strong coffee as a base since I add ¼ cup of foamed milk for my breakfast coffee. This product allows for a great cappuccino/latte.I really like the fact that the entire pod is compostable, and goes to my compost bin. Only thing that I would appreciate is if the bag used to hold the 12 pods was resealable. Not a major issue (paperclip to the rescue) but it would improve the freshness of the last pod in the group.
