Not bright enough, return shipping almost as much as the item itself.
This light has two settings, dim and dim. I can't even tell the difference between the settings it's so low. If I was in a pitch dark garage, this would be better than nothing, but I own a commercial auto repair shop. We need better lighting under hood because the rest of the shop is lit quite well. This light was relatively cheap and it was worth a shot. Now that I realize returning it at my cost and because it has a lithium battery in it, it will cost $41 to return. I paid $48. I may as well try to tinker with it and see if I can boost the light output of it or just strap some 2 foot 120V led light tubes to it. I wouldn't buy it unless you had no other choice. Not worth a shot.
