I haven’t been this ecstatic about an Amazon delivery in years! I’ve had the large black version on my wishlist for so long, but couldn’t justify the price. I went to check out the item again the other day and saw a “smaller” black version and I bought it. I’m so pleased. The quality is amazing, i have SO MUCH room after going through 15 years of jewelry/body jewelry that I didn’t even need the large one in the first place!!! I’m so happy, quality is amazing and it’s just perfect. I’m keeping it forever. :) (I have tons of body jewelry including gauges/plugs/hangers, septum piercings, nose studs, belly rings, earrings, necklaces and more. It’s perfect!!!)

It looks like it would be good for travel because the sides have tabs that snap closed to keep the hanging necklaces secure, the top lid snaps shut, and the top has a handle on it. But the drawers are not secured and slide out if the box is tipped forward accidentally. I learned that the hard way. I caught it before the jewelry in the drawers could fall out but it was close. We live in Tornado alley and I wanted a box I could grab along with a flashlight if we had to go to our shelter. If that happens I'll have to be careful with this box.I like all the earring and ring storage. I keep silver bracelets in a roll I made of silver cloth and the drawer is barely wide enough to hold the roll. It curves a little so it fits but drawers an inch wider would have been helpful. I like the pockets at the bottom of the necklace hooks so the chains don't hang out the bottom of the box, but I have to lift each chain out to find the necklace I want to use. The mirror in the lid is too small to be useful, but its pretty. I doubt I'll use the travel box. It is cute enough to give as a gift to a child perhaps.Overall I am happy with my purchase. With so many similar jewelry boxes to choose from it was hard to select one. I went with this one because it had one more drawer than many others, and I needed the extra one for bracelets.

I wanted to replace a very large Wolf jewelry box with something smaller. I purchased one that i had to return. This one is perfect. I like that i can place often used items in the top and sides for hanging items. Nice quality. The only negative comment i have is that when you open the top you can see a crease in the back where it bends. That area should have been reinforced or hinged. I’m just hoping that doesn’t split.
