Excellent Quality

I am very happy with my purchase. The plates are wide enough that they make for a fast straightening process. It doesn't pull your hair. The last one I had pulled out a couple of hairs if I wasn't careful and this one is really smooth pass. Great product, adjustable temps, and a great price.

Amazing!

Amazing product, I like this new straightener. I have extremely thick hair and every inch of it was perfectly straight, it heats up fast,so I don't have to think way ahead and preheat to style my hair. It works so well and it heated up very quickly and I love the digital temperature control.Recommend!

Mine was faulty!

I'm sure I just got a faulty one but mine started smoking as soon as I plugged it up. Returned and decided to order a different one.

Disappointing

The straightener worked one time. What a waste. Brought if for my daughter going off to college and ended up buying another because she only used it once and never turned back on.

Misleading temps.

The girlfriend was looking for a lower temp hair straightener, this said 170°f starting, actually starts at 240°f. Did the job but she wasn't impressed.

Change of heart

I have thick hair but these flat irons straighten my hair flawlessly.Update: They are no longer getting as hot as before. Very disappointed 😔.
