I've been drinking it for two days now but haven't notice any medical improvements. Perhaps drinking alkaline water may take a little longer. I ordered two cases and both cases came in a cardboard box by UPS, in good condition. I read comments on alkaline water and it seems to benefits most people. But not all people see any benefits. I ordered this first to test it out before buying an alkaline water machine. I do love drinking this water, as well as any good water. I recommend Googling health benefits from alkaline water.
