Update (2 months pp): I still love this pillow and sleep with it every night!! If it starts to get too flat, wash your pillowcase and it’ll refluff itself. Personally, I find the flatter spots to be more comfortable, but you can adjust where the support it by gently massaging it into place. It still stays cool all night (and trust me, I’d know with these PP night sweats if the pillow was making me hotter lol). Still haven’t bought a second one, still battling my husband when we get into bed to relinquish this pillow. If you’re a side sleeper or a stomach sleeper this pillow will be excellent for you after you give birth. I recommend buying this!! Original: I love this pillow. I've had it for two weeks now, and it is amazing. First, it's got plenty of stuffing. This pillow is a midpoint between the gigantic take-up-half-the-bed pregnancy pillows, and pillows that are too deflated for support. It's supportive, and yes, the beading can deflate if you move the beads while you sleep. Personally, that hasn't been a problem and actually has helped me move the filling towards areas that need more support. I still feel like it's very supportive even with areas that have less filling than others. This thing is more comfy than my actual pillow, so I find myself putting my head on it at night. I'm 5'5" and able to put my head on it while still keeping my knees apart, so it's a pretty long pillow! Second, this pillow WILL keep you cool. I lay on it ALL NIGHT and not once have I had to push it aside to cool off. This thing is a blessing. If you have a hot spouse, this will also be the most perfect barrier between you and them. I don't know how this thing is so cooling... But it is. I will continue to use this after pregnancy for the cooling effect alone (and because it's so comfy). Third -- I'm buying another one. Why? Because my husband ALSO loves this pillow. I made the mistake of telling him to try it, so now before I hop into bed he snuggles with it. I refuse to share this pillow going forward, so he will be getting one for his birthday. ----- I have about 3.5 months to go before giving birth, and I will update this when I am closer to my due date to let you know how it's holding up! I will say if you're on the fence: it's worth trying!!

So I tried a few other pregnancy pillows - the boppy one which just didn’t work for me at all, the mom cozy u shaped one that was too bulky and stiff, and the wildbird one which was really soft but still a little too much and the filling always got stuck to one side. I returned all those and was looking at the Bbhugme pillow but just couldn’t justify the price. Then I came across this Frida mom one which is very similar to Bbhugme in the way it’s made, kind of like a bean bag material. I actually love it! It’s more supportive than just a pillow but it’s not too bulky in bed. I switch sides a lot and it’s not a big deal to take it with me. I also use it on the couch or in the rocking chair. Also, it stays cool and doesn’t heat up which is a major plus. I bought a cover from wildbird for their pillow when it was on sale, and I ended up keeping the cover and using it on this Frida pillow, so it’s really soft and cozy and looks a little nicer too. Hope this review helps! I’m glad I invested in a pregnancy pillow this time around.

I love this pillow but the quality isn’t there and I’m not sure how long this pillow will last. The pillow has micro breads inside, I never liked pillows like this but this one make sense because you can adjust it to every contour of your body and shift the beads to where you want more or less support/ firmness. The material feels great but I can already see the wear and tear, there’s a few places where the seams are coming apart and when I take the cover off to wash it I can see all the little beads in the cover itself. I can’t see any tears on the seams of the pillow but my guess is that because of how stretchy the pillow is when you twist, turn and adjust the pillow the beads slip out through the seams because they’re tiny. I’m almost at my 3rd trimester so this pillow has been a huge help but at first I thought maybe I won’t need a nursing pillow because this pillow is so adjustable but I suspect that cuz of these little issues it won’t last with so much use, I’ve had it for almost 4 months now. A major plus is that this pillow doesn’t go flat like other body pillows so there’s that but I wish they sold other covers too, I’ll try and mend the seams by hand until this pillow has reached the end of its days, for now because it is still a good pillow and one of the comfiest I’ve had.

I tried three different pregnancy pillows (big U shape, normal body pillow, and this one) and this was the winner! I love that it can be rearranged for different positions - I’ve mostly been sleeping with it in the lowercase “l” position now (second trimester) but I’ve tried the other two and they also seem supportive and comfy! The one thing I would warn people about - this pillow does retain your body heat. I tend to like that - when I’m getting up four times a night to pee it’s nice that this pillow is still slightly warm when I’m getting back in bed. But FYI in case you sleep hot! Compared to the other pregnancy pillows, I love that this one doesn’t feel overwhelming in bed. The U shaped pillow I tried took up half the bed and I found it hard to get in and out of bed with it. I also really wanted to use my regular pillow for my head and that never worked with the U pillow, even when I turned it upside down. I loved the squishiness of the big body pillow I tried, but it was so fluffy and big that every time I wanted to shift from one side to the other it felt like I took all the sheets with me. This one is just perfect!

So far I have loved the Frida products I have tried and this is no exception. I got it around 18 weeks of pregnancy and I’m now at 30 weeks and I’ve been able to have it in different positions as my belly has grown. It’s really versatile, doesn’t take up as much space as some other pillows I have seen, and I like that it’s cooling and stretchy. Obviously when you flip over you have to bring the pillow with you, but it’s light and pretty easy to maneuver. Definitely recommend if you want something versatile and cooling that still makes a big difference with comfort and support.

This pillar is great in terms of comfort and support. I've had it since about 5 months pregnant and it has slept with me every night faithfully and I enjoy it very much. this being said my issue is that the side which is not cotton gets very warm and makes me quite hot. I do live in Houston, Texas so it is warm hair but this thing does not help if you are hot at night. To keep that in mind if you sleep warm. I wish the cooler fabric side was all over. Other than that, it washes well and provides good support as mentioned and you can remove the cover for easy washing. I will probably still use this after I've had my baby.

Third pregnancy, third pillow. I wish this was around with my previous pregnancies. I don't like a lot of bulk in my bed and tend to run hot during pregnancy. In the past, I purchased the regular body pillow sold by the big box maternity store or baby store. Those always seemed bulky, were too hot, and it made repositioning in the middle of the night more of a workout than without one. I would always end up using them to prop myself up to battle heartburn or read in the evening. Enter this pillow. First of all, the material is very cooling. Enough so that I added back my extra blanket to my bed. It's super light, so repositioning is very easy. It's pretty long, so it does tend to get tangled in the blankets but it's so much easier to move around than the dead weight of a traditional body/pregnancy pillow. I also love that its moldable. I feel like it makes it very customizable to your height and support needs. I could almost use this as my one and only pillow in my bed. Added bonus, it doesn't feel like the great wall of china is between my spouse and I in bed either!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this is my most used item for pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding! It is 10/10. It configures in many different ways so it can be very versatile. Most of my pregnancy I used this as a side sleeper, in between my legs and cradling my growing belly. Towards the end of my pregnancy, I could only sit up to sleep, so I would shape it into a U and put it behind me, on top of my other pillows. It made me so much more comfortable. I used it in the hospital, after my C-section and now for nursing my sweet baby. It helps keep my baby in the perfect position every time for a good latch, without me having to hold his weight up. I love this pillow so much. Worth the money and more!

Me encanta, descanso de maravilla con mi pancita de embarazo. Todos en casa la quieren de tan cómoda que es. El único punto malo es que me gustaría que la tela fuera más fresca pero si así fuera no podría adaptarse a la forma que uno desea.
