NatraCure Universal Shoulder Support with Hot & Cold Compression 16032 - (Left/Right Shoulder Brace) - (for Shoulder Sprains, Strains and Post Rotator Cuff Surgery)

I have rotator cuff issues from volleyball. I did physical therapy for a few months with a PT and now continue the exercises at home. Previously I tried using an ordinary square cold pack with an Ace bandage. It's impossible to do yourself, and my partner was not much help. This product is easy to use solo -- I use it every time after VB or PT. I've inflated to a good pressure to get into/out of, so I've removed the tube. It can take a little finesse to get good compression of the cold pack onto the right area, but no problem doing it myself. To be balanced, I wanted to mention a couple of minor issues. 1) The pack doesn't stay cold long -- 15 minutes is pushing it, especially if you have a tight fit on your shoulder. I just noticed that they recommend putting it in a plastic bag in the freezer, so I'm going to try that. Overall, awesome product and easy to use yourself!

Very helpful for my dad shoulder he noticed a big different with his shoulder. Need to people to set up at first. Easy to pump up

I don't understand all the positive reviews. It's enormous and doesn't hug my shoulder tightly at all. It's more like loosely placing a balloon on my shoulder with no really commission at all. I was really hoping for very tight compression and it's just not happening.

Have mid fracture collarbone. This product helps getting up and moving around. Highly recommend

When by starts to act up, the pain and discomfort can extend into my shoulder area. Both the compression and cold therapy are beneficial. And found this NatraCure Universal Cold Compression Shoulder Support helps forestall off the pain and aching from getting far worse. Can be used for either shoulder. Can be put on by oneself but so much easier when you have assistance. The compression was easy to activate. Being a woman did find this shoulder support not as comfortable to wear as compared to a man in regards to how the straps wrap around the chest area. Husband has tried it and find it does help him plus it seems to fit much better on him probably due to men’s broader shoulders. When the unit is being worn it is quite bulky and depending on what you are doing while wearing it (walking, sitting, laying down, working etc) the level of comfort will vary. My husband continues to use this shoulder support when needed but I myself have gone back to heating pads, cold packs, tensor machines and massage though I do miss the compression part that this support can give.
