So far I'm very impressed with this belt. Very comfortable, stays in place without shifting around as you work out, and gives just the right amount of back support — not too little, and not too much to restrict movement or flexibility. i like the buckle design that doesn't rely on the velcro to keep the belt tight. Seems to be well-constructed; I've only used it for a short while, so time will tell...

For many years I was going old school with a heavy leather belt. Pretty much a relic these days. I love this one: nice and light, sturdy velcro for a snug fit and tons of back support (important to an old buzzard like me). Just a bit of a tip: I'm a pretty small guy. 5' 10", 175, 33 in. waist (pant size) and I got the medium and wouldn't want it any smaller. So if your a bigger guy, or woman, you might want to go for the large. Great belt though. Look no further IMHO.

Not as rigid as expected. Support areas in back of belt are very flimsy.Says they donate to kids for purchases...so I won't return.

First one I got was damaged. Within MINUTES they sent a replacement, which arrived perfectly! WOW! just WOW! And good product, nice fit and easy to use!

Its big. Like 40 inch is fine big. Its not bad at all and I can lay the hammer down on it and tighten it up.My only con it that its a smidge stretchy and kinda narrow. Works bad ass for short folk though. Over all its great if you dont want to pay for or need professional grade.
