My friend told me about Ketosource, many times actually... so I resisted. She uses their products. She recommended another mct oil they have. But... this one was slightly cheaper. So I decided to go with it. I received it with a lovely letter from the founder in the box. Really useful information on how best to use it. My friend just said she puts it in her coffee in the morning. I tried it with tea as I don't drink coffee. Easy. And I did notice (surprisingly!) that I wasn't as hungry this evening. Magic! I think I'll have to learn more about how this works. The bottle is beautiful. It stands out as professional. I also reached out to them with some questions I had as they offer free nutritional advice!!! Such a great experience, especially in my long struggle with weight loss. You can tell this product is crafted with passion!

Im using this to keep me going on fasting days 2 to 3 times a week. I make a butter and mct oil coffee which is the last thing I drink before going to work or starting to fast. It really does keep you full and I feal tons better on a butter coffee day. Im not using for weight loss and like the extra calories it gives. It came with a very handy info sheet stating to start with small doses and build up. I didnt have any upset as I followed the instructions. My only issue is a slightly leaking top but I keep it on a dish to stop stains on my worktop but the benefits far out weight this.

If you need help achieving or maintaining ketosis, I'd highly recommend this oil. It's excellent quality, great to mix in coffee/a hot beverage. It's effectiveness is undeniable and it has no smell. Every time I take it, my energy levels go up a bit after.

Arrived quickly and the product looks great. Only just started using it in Bulletproof coffee so unable to comment on effectiveness but it’s flavourless so doesn’t affect taste. Will be ordering again.

I tried this last time I was on a Keto diet, and decided to once again get some this time. It helps as part of a fasting, gym, keto regime. Pleased with the brand and the product.

Good oil. But getting too pricey. Will have to look at it in the very near future if I can still afford it

Best quality MCT oil. Great for oil pulling for gum health, bullet coffee, or if you find virgin olive oil just add some of this MCT neutal taste!
