My husband he's a diabetic type 2 and loves these I bought for him. Half of a box. But would buy again

Not bad at all
At the beginning it tasted a bit off coz obviously it's not sweet. But I can now say I love it and I can't wait to try the apple and cinnamon one.

Lots of plant and no added sugar
We love the bio&me granolas, I can’t eat honey so trying to find a honey free granola that’s not loaded with added sugar is hard, but this has neither and tastes great. Also trying to add in more plant foods to our diets, this contains 10 different plant foods so helps to add to my list first thing. Highly recommend and the 3pm is work out good value.
