Rael Large Herbal Heating Patches, Feminine Period Care for Cramps (8 Ct)

I literally love these patches so much! I needed something that didn’t require me to lay down and hold something, and these worked perfect! I did layer a pair of shorts over the patch just to help keep it secure while I moved around during the day and that worked great. The warmth was perfect, there’s no smell, super easy to use just stick and go! I honestly wanted to use one daily just for the coziness of it

These definitely do work, you might need to wiggle them a little like a “hot hands” pack, because at first when I took it out it was cold but wiggling them activated it. They definitely do last for the full 8 hours. They’re also pretty sticky I switched 1 from front to lower back & it still sticks pretty well. They could be warmer in my opinion.

I deal with really bad cramps that can make me feel miserable, and these heating patches have definitely helped take the edge off. I put one on before I leave for work, and I'm always impressed that it's still warm when I get home. It easily lasts longer than the advertised 8 hours for me, which is a huge plus. My only complaint is that I wish they stuck to my clothing a little better. I usually have to readjust the patch a few times throughout the day because it starts to shift. Other than that, they've been a great option for getting through work when cramps hit.

I’ve been using these for a few years now since I discovered them. Off and on they’ve been sold at certain target stores, but now I’m only able to get them online. They get hot and last for much longer than advertised, like for 6-8 hours. They are NOT meant for skin. Here’s how I use them: You can put them on your undies or place them over a tank of cami. A tighter shirt as opposed to a looser one will help you feel the heat, if your shirt is too heat it’s not as close to your skin. I use one for my lower back and one for my stomach. I’ve always got bad cramps and pain so this has helped me tremendously. When it’s really bad I may press it more so against my stomach or adjust the way I’m laying on my back so it automatically presses more so against me. Starts to work in like 15 minutes, and I always shake them a little in my hands to “activate” them like I would for a hand warmer.

Amazing product! It really helps calm my cramps and gives me such a soothing sense of relief. Truly life-changing.

Love that these stick to clothes but they do not get very warm and wish they were bigger. You’re better off using hand warmers.

Purchased for a trip. Not sure why they are even called heating patches, since they clearly do nothing. I have tried 3 now over the course of several months because of my shear disbelief the first time. tThey don’t even get luke warm! Yes, they are easy to apply, thin and stay in place, but there is absolutely no heat / warmth coming from them not from one of the three I have used. Three different ones is not a fluke. Even had spouse touch them, confirming my findings. How in the world are they suppose the aid in pain relief?? Yes, they were applied exactly as the instructions state.

I love this product. With having cramps as strong as labor contractions each month, I try everything I can for relief. After seeing these heating pads on instagram, I decided to invest. They are amazing. Obviously they don’t eliminate the pain, but they provide relief, adhere well to cotton underwear, and stay warm even beyond eight hours. I like them better than my electronic heating pad and my wearable battery powered heating pack because they only warm my problem area and not my whole body so I don’t get hot when I use them, I can wear them under my clothes to run errands or do whatever I need to do and no one knows, and they don’t have to be charged or plugged in. Downside is obviously that they aren’t reusable, but everything else about the heating pad is wonderful.

These heat patches are absolute life savers. My daughter uses them for menstrual cramps and loves them. They stay warm for 8+ hours and really help ease discomfort without any mess or fuss. They're easy to apply, stay in place, and provide just the right amount of heat. We’ve never been disappointed by anything from Rael—even their face masks are amazing. If you struggle with PMS pain, these are a must-have!

This heating pad is amazing, it heats up well and keeps you warm, comfortable and pain free during your period, although if you exercise the adhesive gets not sticky and starts to fall off, then you will have to replace it, but overall I love this product. I wish it was a little more affordable though.
