Quick buckle, great size adjustment, firm elastic.
NOTE: the version I bought is "Black-elastic Belt". There are different buckle styles, this review is for the one with the buckle that has 2 plastic pieces, one on each end, that snap together.I purchased this belt because I often kneel down at work, and was tired of my other belt tightening around me when doing so. I was looking to add a sort of "sweatpants waistband" to my stretch khakis. The belt was very stiff length-wise when I tried it for the first time, but it became slightly more stretchy after taking it off and pulling it apart in 1ft increments, working my way along the entire length of the belt. It is still quite stiff and I do feel it tighten slightly when kneeling, but it does have give and is more comfortable than my leather belt. If you want to give your pants a "loose-elastic" waistband, this isn't the belt for you. This belt is more for someone who wants a little bit of give, along with an extremely quick buckle, as well as a quality size adjustment system. I set it to the correct size, and haven't had to re-adjust it for about a month now. It has also held its shape as it is somewhat rigid width-wise (it hasn't curled into a C shape along it's width, like some elastic does over time). It is a great sturdy belt that has a quick buckle, awesome size adjustment/adjustment hold-over-time, that also stretches some (but not too much).

Long lasting!
I've had this belt for 5 years and it's still going strong. I just recently ordered a second one just in case the first one ever breaks, and the old one looks just like the new one! It's super easy to adjust the belt on the fly, and it holds where you place it. It's kind of crazy how well it works and how strong it is for something that's all plastic. I wear this belt literally every single day and it's still going strong.

Works great, low profile, size up if you're unsure
I like these...got three of them and have worn two of them quite a lot over the last several weeks. They aren't perfect and they are a different type of buckle than what most of us are used to, but they hold great, aren't too stiff or too flimsy, and the buckle is low profile enough not to get in the way or dent your belly. The buckle is a legit YKK delrin/abs and I can't see it breaking without some kind of serious snag or abuse. Thus far I have been unable to get it to slip or come undone during all kinds of contortions and pressure on it while carrying heavy items and leaning over railings and short walls. I think the diamond weave looks great, too, and it's a bit easier to trim and melt because it doesn't fray as quickly or badly as most plain weaves will (or webbing that is woven more loosely). Figuring out the mechanism is easy and just takes a little regular use to make it second nature...no problems undoing it quickly when needed and it's only a little slower than a traditional type buckle that uses holes. I have a 38" waist and the 28-42 version is really just barely long enough while giving a couple inches of tag end. I'd say if you are 40" or up, definitely get the next larger version. The other two I got were that larger one and I just had to trim off a bit to my liking. On the two-pack listing for these there's a video of a guy snapping the belt in his hands and making the buckle come undone somehow - I don't know how he accomplished that but I can say that actually wearing the belt in all kinds of situations it has not come undone.

Best belt ever, especially for Tech/Construction.
I bought this belt 2.5 years ago. Hands down (and pants up!) best belt I’ve ever owned. I bought this because I started a new job doing AV Installation, and it was necessary for me to have a knife and flashlight on me at all times. This belt gives them a perfect place to attach to. Even after over 2.5 years of constantly clipping and unclipping of tools, it has kept its form and doesn’t even look worn at all. This belt is extremely sturdy. I’ve rambled about tools, but as far as actually keeping my pants up... it far exceeds expectations there too. I generally need to have my pants a little tighter due to my line of work, and after all this time it still latches perfectly and stays tight all day long. Not once has it ever come undone, or even come close. If you’re looking for a belt to do any of the things I’ve mentioned in this review, you would be doing yourself a massive favor by spending the extremely low price of $10, to never worry about these things ever again.10/10, would recommend!

Best Belt I Ever Had!
This belt has no metal, so it doesn't set of the alarm when I entered prison as a volunteer chaplain. It is also very durable; I have had it several years now, and it seems to be outlasting its metal counterparts. When this one is worn out I will replace it with another of the same kind. I love it!

This is my best belt ever!
This belt is amazing! I'm a guy with a big belly and constantly pulling up my pants. The primary reason why I bought this belt is because I travel a lot, I have the trusted traveler program, but my belt always sets off the airport metal detectors... requiring me to remove my belt anyway and my pants are falling off. I tried the belt when I got it... I can secure my belt tight enough so my pants aren't falling off anymore! The plastic buckle secures the belt! I was worried because the price was so low... I just ordered 2 more belts!

Well-made
I am a little overweight and find this belt very useful. My thin leather belts wore out within a year. This belt still looks like new. And if it gets a little loose, I can easily tighten it without having to undo it like a buckle would require. My son bought one and loves the belt, too.

Buckle slips
I used this to go through airport security. Worked for that as I didn’t have to remove it and passed ok.ConThe bucket slips and doesn’t stay tight.
