The bioform tech is worth it. If you not a UL backpacker then all the sweet extra features are great. I've carried 60 lbs for a day hike and had no issues.

I bought the larger brother of this pack and love it. This bag is a little smaller and perfect for smaller adventures. Osprey packs are worth every penny and I would highly recommend. You get what you pay for.
