I was so disappointed... I picked up the bag from the boot of car at the airport ready to go on holiday and the strap came away!!! Nightmare for me.... so I had to carry it with both hands all my journey..... I am going to need a new bag or a refund!! I loved the size of it too...... very unhapoy

Well all I need to say is that a 4" rip appeared the very first time I used it. I would stay well away from this product. Very disappointed !

I don't recommend this purchase (you will end buying a new one as I had too). The bag was used just once (precisely, just one time...) and the front of it teared apart. It's just rubbish. I put it on my back from the car parking until the boarding area, them from the landing area to the hotel door, as that's it... it was ripped just like that. Not that I was running a marathon with it on my back. I wasted £25 on it and now I'm buying a new one (different brand of course) to replace it as they don't accept a return. I understand now why the return "window" for it is so short. The one and only good aspect of it is that it is really, really light, so it can be convenient for many people.

I was pleased with the product when it arrived, it was lightweight and held what I needed for a weekend away. I got to the airport, slung the strap over my shoulder and it broke. So I can’t recommend this product.

I travelled EasyJet from Inverness to Bristol and it had a hole in it when I arrived. I was seated in row one, so I had to squeeze it into the overhead locker. When I disembarked, I put this on top of my roller bag and at one stage it fell off. Maybe contact with tarmac caused the hole but it should have survived a fall of 18 inches!

I haven't flight tested it (but will be soon) but it gives every impression of being well made. It weighs almost nothing. It turns out this new cabin bag size is plenty big enough for my laptop, power supply, a couple of books, personal hygiene bag, socks and underwear, and a couple of tops. Perfect for a "low maintenance" weekend away.

After one use stitching come away! Only used it for 3 day stay and didn’t over pack either (didn’t need too - plenty of space) unfortunately I had to use it again within couple days so stitch d it together. I’ve come back and the other side came away from front picked from inside (so anything from main bay can fall into the front zip! It’s worst than before. For only 2 uses. I’m devastated this has happened! I can’t find option to contact seller and ask for refund or exchange.Lightweight, plenty of space , fit the new oncabin sizes ashamed does last long!DO NOT BUY
