Very Strong!
Works extremely well with my Regular 18" Dumbbell Handle from Fitness Depot. After loading 45 lbs on 1 side, turning the bar vertical with weights facing down and bouncing it there wasn't much movement at all. I'm not sure I could be more satisfied.The picture included is 40lbs held and shook for 30 seconds. Very little movement for completely impractical use. To the people saying they're clamps are moving with as little as 5 lbs on it... there's something wrong with your bar diameter. Regular 18" Dumbbell Handle

Does not lock down on my 1 inch barbells? ...
Does not lock down on my 1 inch barbells? Too dangerous to use if you have speed threads as they will not lock on the threads well enough if you tip a weight, you could end up with a plate on your toe or foot! Expected these to snap down but no.
