I bought a few of these, I think 3. I have one and bought others for the place I used to work because they refused to get new ones. (all of their whips had loose/missing wires) This was exactly what I was looking for when I needed it. Fits beautifully. Please note that your mixer is properly aligned because it does have a way to adjust it. You don't want the whip to hit the bowl too much or you will damage it (probably why all of the ones at my previous job was broken) so make sure the height is set to fit the whip properly. - Withstands heavy usage, I worked pastry in a kitchen and this held up to whipping for full shifts. Not exactly nonstop usage but several times an hour all day surely. - Creams, butters, merengue, batter, any and everything was no issue. - Easily worth the money. I only bought 3 because we had several mixers and several chefs that needed it often at the same time. (plus I wanted one at home) Otherwise, I only need one. Funny how quickly everyone stopped using the broken ones when I brought these good ones in. I certainly felt the difference in how long it takes for things to whip when you use equipment that isn't broken. Considering they never broke, they performed better than I expected. I previously believed these were bound to break but they still hold up like new.
