This is a fantastic, reliable, accurate, and intuitive digital food scale. It's probably the 6th different gram scale I've owned over the last decade or so, and it's my favorite. Its a very convenient size for either home or on the go (though only if you have a bigger handbag), the battery life is long (I've had to change it once now over the last 4 months, and I use it every single day for every meal), and the touch buttons are very responsive. It's a few dollars more than the next model down, but I think worth every bit of that. I've had many $20 gram scales, and the buttons wear out on you and are not responsive after a few months. This one is lasting longer than that, definitely worth the extra $5-$7. It's easy to clean, and easy to use. Great for baking, keto eating, etc. When the one I have wears out, I'll be buying this one again. Really great item.

I got this scale for my kitchen, and I’ve been using it a lot more than I expected. The display is easy to read, and I like that it can handle larger bowls and heavier ingredients without any problem. The stainless steel surface looks nice and is easy to wipe clean after cooking or baking. The measurements are quick and consistent, which makes portioning ingredients much easier. It’s simple, practical, and doesn’t take up much space on my counter. Very happy with it!

[ UPDATE: After a year of using this scale everyday, I still love it. Still on the original batteries. This just does its job. Things I appreciate most about it : It remembers the last scale setting ( grams, oz) so you do not have the select each time. 2. If you put your bowl or other container on the scale before you turn the scale on, it removes or zero out the weight of the container (tare weight) . 3. It is easy to read. 4. The battery life is excellent. It dose its thing without getting in the way.] I felt I need to "weigh" in on this product after receiving it. It is just a scale .... however I had such a positive first impression I thought I would share. 1. Packaging: The packaging was such as to give then impression that this company really cares about making quality products. The box not only performs the function of protecting the product during shipping but is made of high quality materials with a zip pull to open. There was substantial rubber/foam cushioning between the weigh plate and the rest of the unit to protect the sensor from impacts and vibration during shipping. The display was protected with a film to prevent potential scratching during shipping. A card encouraging registering the product for a 5 YEAR WARRANTY. The packing materials look and felt nice. 2. SCALE: This scale has an LED backlight that sets is apart from its competitors making it not only much easier to read but also provides a touch of elegance. The buttons are touch sensitive an seem to work we well. Sometimes membrane click buttons used on other scales are persnickety. There are multiple units selection Pounds (1.25 pounds), pounds and ounces 1 pound 4.0 oz), ounces ( 20 oz) grams ( 567 grams) and several liquid measures). I really like that this scale remembers the last unit of measure used when you turn it off and back on again. My last scale made me reselect the units each time it turned it on. There are two buttons. One button is the power/ zero button. Touch to turn on, touching while on zero the scale (tare). Press and hold 3 seconds to turn off. The other button it the Unit/Hold button. Touch briefly to cycle through and select the different units, press an hold the button to hold (freeze) the weight on the display. Summary: While it is "just" a scale, the design is well thought out. It looks and feels nice. It is one of those products that just does its job and does not demand that you think about it. You only notice how good it is when you use another scale and miss this one. Purchased this on sale for almost $22. A little higher than other scales but at this juncture i feel well worth the difference. I have no opinion at the point as to accuracy and battery life. I suspect accuracy is not an issue given the attention to detail of the manufacturer.

I was recently diagnosed with a health condition that requires strict dietary restrictions of Vitamin K and includes weighing all food. After much research. I decided to purchase the Greater Goods digital food scale. It is such a perfect size that I can put it anywhere on my countertop and it takes up minimal space. It is beautiful. Silver and I would guess plexiglass? It is so easy to use and the instructions easy to follow although really self explanatory. I have dropped it twice and it is so durable there was no damaged at all. Finally, I couldn’t believe the cost. Such a great value and accurate. After dropping I compared the weights with my old food scale and they were the same.. I highly recommend this great food scale!!

Ive been using this scale for about a year and can definitely say its worth buying. I can measure everything accurately. I do not like when it turns off automatically when leaving it on for a few minutes but I will continue to use because this is the best scale ive used for cooking, baking and just meal prepping. Its very strong and durable it has not broken so far and ive put some pretty heavy things on it. I can easily switch to ml and g, this scale is small and is really portable which is a bonus as well.

Great kitchen scales. They are very precise and react instantly. They look sleek and don't take up much space. The tare function works perfectly, which is essential for baking. Highly recommend! This is a great looking scale and slim too. It takes very little space on the kitchen counter. I’ve had it about a year and I love it. I use it daily to weigh food to calculate the calories. It's very easy to use and durable as well. You can use it with any container and zero it out to get the right weight. It has several weights like pounds, oz, fluid oz, and grams. You can easily switch between the function. For instance, if you weigh in oz, you can switch to grams without having to remove the food and start over. This makes for better efficiency and functionality. I think it's an excellent value for the money. Greater Goods stands by their products too. I recently had another scale that failed after 2 years and since they guaranteed the scale for 5 years, they promptly replaced it.

I've had this scale close to 2 years and I'm still thoroughly pleased with it. I use it nearly every single day to portion my food, whether it's yogurt or walnuts or anything else. It's been a great help in the kitchen. I used to be a professional cook and scale operator on a commercial level for years so workflow is important to me and this scale delivers. It's no nonsense and straightforward to use. Battery life is also good. I don't ever recall changing the batteries in it. I may have changed them one time in 2 years. I would recommend it.
