For me, this product maintains adhesion throughout the night, effectively keeps the mouth closed, and leaves no residue on removal. After over a week's use, there has been no adverse skin reaction. It leaves room at the sides e.g. to insert a straw for drinking. I find it helpful (a) to make a small fold at one end of the 'X', leaving a tag that aids removal, (b) to turn the lips inward slightly on application, (c) rinse lips after removal to remove build-up of sweat etc.I paid £6.99 (it's now £8.99 as at 26-Jun-24), which for 120 strips is far better value than many of the mouth tape products on offer here. However, an identical looking product has just appeared (it has no reviews), which is £6.99 for 180 strips, so I'm going to give that a try and will report back.

You cannot use this product if you do nighttime skin care. I do my skincare 30/40 minutes before bed but it would still not stick to my face

Have tried various other anti snore remedies such as sprays and gum shields but either did not work or were uncomfortable. Seen these advertised and as not too dear thought I would give them a try.First thing to do however before buying is to work out if you are a mouth snorer or nose snorer.Close your mouth and try to snore, for me, I can't, i can snort a wee bit but not snore. If I open my mouth and try to force a snore, yip, I can snore away like a mad thing.This lets me know I am a mouth snorer, so things like gum shields etc. could possibly work for me. I did try a gum shield but hated how my teeth felt after a few hours.Anyway, bought these, washed my face going to bed, pursed my lips together and applied the X shaped tape to my mouth. Very easy to apply.Slept like a baby, did not snore and felt a lot more refreshed in the morning.Have tried them every night since and they have worked every time with absolutely no downside.I would think they would only work for mouth snorers, cannot imagine how they would benefit nasal snorers.Would recommend and will certainly buy them again in a few months time when this pack is done.

I have to fold my bottom lip over my top lip very slightly to seal my mouth with it, otherwise saliva seeps out and the glue can't hold. Once I figured that out I have found these tapes to be very effective. I think it's actually also training my mouth to stay closed during sleep without them.

The strips are helpful during sleep. I'm not a snorer though I could start breezing by mouth. This lowered my oxygenation and made me wake up. Strips make me nose-breath. My mouth doesn't get dry and I sleep overall better. I can't feel a strip much above my lips so it's possible to fall asleep and sleep with it.

I have used mouth strips for a long time but thought I'd try these as they would work out cheaper.Big mistake.Although they adhere, they don't take long to start coming unstuck, and then won't stick back again.I found them an absolute waste of money

Does the job

This feels comfy on the skin but I always wake up with my mouth wide open and the tape peeled away. I even tried using two but that didn’t help.
