They work for deer hunters, not very thick but around here it doesn't get that cold.

I read the other reviews and saw several people mention you should order 1-2 sizes larger than normal, and I assumed since I wear a 36 that a 42 would be fine...it was not. I'm only 5'9", but I can't even get my shoulders into this without the inseam doing terrible things to me. I could stand to lose a few pounds, but it's pretty tight around the middle as well and I am not morbidly obese. The material seems comfortable and somewhat durable, but the sizing is just completely wrong.

these coveralls are true to size, I bought for my hubby, he works on cars for fun, and they keep his clothes from getting ruined. Yay and good product for the price.

Much heavier fabric than the brand I had been using, should wear well. I'm 5'10" 170 lbs, and wear 34" waist jeans. I need size 44 to go over clothes, size 40 fits ok, and looks less baggy but restrict movement a little when I'm really reaching. Size 42 doesn't restrict movement and length is good.

Purchased this for a Halloween costume, and with a little tailoring, works perfectly as expected. Obviously you can't make these for all proportions, but it did seem the midsection was quite out of proportion with the backside and 'crotchal' areas, where the backside was insanely baggy. If I were using these for actual work, I would not feel safe working around any moving equipment without fear of getting caught or sucked into it.
