Wonderful Support (from Boat)
After purchasing a couple pricey mouses which didn't last longer than a cheaper one, I decided to go with this one. The mouse itself is not bad, especially for the price, but I started having common mouse issues like double clicks when pressed once, which made it impossible to select text or do any work. When I checked here to see how long ago I had bought the mouse, I saw I still had a couple weeks of its 1 year warranty.Going through the support link on Amazon didn't work, but searching online, I found one Redgear support page with customer care number and no way to raise a ticked and another Redwood support page, which seemed mostly for Boat sound products, but I was able to raise a complaint (although it was difficult to find the serial number; had to combine a 10 character code from the Amazon invoice with a 13 character code from the mouse packaging).The item was picked up within 24 hours and I received a replacement delivered to my address in less than a week. All the communication was through Boat, by the way.The product gets 3-4 stars for being an affordable mouse (on sale) and the support takes it to all the way to 5 stars.
