Ravensburger Mickey as Artist Jigsaw Puzzle (5000 Piece)

This puzzle is a great introduction for those casual puzzlers finally taking the plunge into the world of super puzzles. A 5000 piece puzzle is a daunting task no matter what, but this one eases the anxiety and fear of such a gargantuan task by having easily identifiable pieces, sections, and a clear path in how to proceed. The sheer size of the puzzle requires a lot of space in order to be able to sort out the pieces. We taped together two folding tables and had multiple sorting trays and boards in order to get it done. The pieces were of general good quality but we would have a liked a little tighter fit as we are accustomed to seeing with other Ravensberger puzzles. The puzzle pattern does repeat itself (as is common for puzzles of this size) but the characters and colors are so far apart and different that this never became a problem Most of the puzzle is pretty straight forward with the multiple frames and Dalmatians being the most difficult parts to assemble. We put it together as a family over a period of a month with someone putting in at least a few good hours every day. Overall I would say it was a great puzzle experience and if you’re the type to enjoy puzzles and have the necessary space required to work this large puzzle out, go ahead and go for it because you won’t be disappointed!!

Missing 2 pieces, spoke with Melanie from ravensburger for 2 months trying to come to a resolution so far nothing looking very bleak at this point. Would not recommend ravensburger puzzles quality control is not what it once was

By far the biggest puzzle I've ever completed. 5000 pieces sounds scary. But not so much when the puzzle is this enjoyable to look at. Me and my mom worked on this practically around the clock for nearly two weeks (10 days) across the holidays. Started on December 27th, finished on January 5th. At least one of us was working on it at any time of the day or night. Plenty of time working on it together, or working while one of us was sleeping. That's a memory I wont ever forget. We really rose up to the challenge and the accomplishments of solving those last few pieces was one of the most satisfying moments of my life. I have nothing negative to say about this puzzle. Shipping took a little while. I found out it ships from France. So, it came a long way to be assembled in our living room in South Carolina lol. The amazon box was the most battered box I've ever received from them, but the actual puzzle was undamaged. There was perhaps, a dozen or so puzzle pieces that came out of the box slightly bent. I was a little concerned about that but it still came together beautifully. It's quite a large puzzle. Enormous actually. So make sure you have plenty of space. If you want to step up to the challenge of a 5000 piece puzzle, this is a good one to start. There's really no large sections of one flat color to attempt to solve. The biggest struggle here like that is going to be the dalmatians. They are definitely the most difficult section.

After 5 and a half months of working on this puzzle with my daughter and husband in non consecutive days we are pleased to have finished it! We made it fun by playing with one another as we worked on the puzzle which made it easier to put it together. The colors are vibrant! The puzzle is beautiful! The pieces fit snug together. Just like a puzzle should be! Ravensburger puzzles are some of the best on the market! I have put many puzzles together over the years and I am yet to find a Ravensburger puzzle that has not met my expectations. Next step will be to frame it and hang it on our wall. We are very happy with this puzzle and even happier that there were no pieces missing. We had to use another piece of furniture to have 3 puzzle rows completed as the puzzle is too big for our dining table. My daughter is really excited about this piece!

There was a piece with a corner torn completely off, and several pieces that were bent. Bought this puzzle with plans to glue it and display it, but these damaged pieces are going to ruin the design. I love Ravensburger puzzles and have never received any with a torn piece or so many bent/ damaged pieces. So disappointing and it’s past the return window…

Great challenge, not easy bust not that difficult, very good quality of pieces (as expected with Ravensburger brand), easy to handle and very colorful!

I bought this puzzle last year and i loved it, however i was a little disappointed that i was missing a piece to the puzzle which makes it a 4999 piece puzzle… I live in Canada and i can’t not contact the Ravensburger to see if they send me the missing piece, which i have read in previous reviews that they will send them to you..

Very good quality puzzle, the picture is clear and very colourful. 5 of us aimed to defeat it in a week but we were defeated so hasn’t actually finished building. Definitely a good time waster for a holiday time and can’t wait to have another attempt at it. Would highly recommend.

Utmaning

Ravensburger fait toujours des puzzles de qualité. Ma copine a adoré faire ce puzzle et le fait d'avoir plusieurs personnes Disney rapelle l'enfance. Cela nous a occupé pendant plusieurs soirées. C'était notre premier puzzle de 5000 pièces et il est plutôt abordable car les couleurs sont biens distinctes et en plus on connaît les personnes ou scènes donc cela facilite la recherche de pièces. Dans la boîte, il y a un poster du puzzle, c'est très pratique pour le faire à deux ou avoir plus de détails.
