The strap isn't great, but it's passable.All that aside, I love the chair. It is the most comfortable folding chair I've ever used bar none. I'm a little tall for it at 6' - it's not a *perfect* fit for someone with longer legs, but I only notice it if I'm being very critical.I wish they offered more colors too. Got one for my mom and it had to be the same color. I like the mesh back - good for the Florida heat. A little pricey, but it's a premium product. The chair feels very sturdy and well constructed. It likes to snag when folding it up, but I think that might just be mine. This chair is very well made and the legs and seat fabric is very durable. It is very comfortable for those long days at the ball fields and is easy to open. I do have some trouble closing it up still but I believe once I get it worn in more that will not be a problem. Currently I just lay the chair down on the ground and wiggle it closed and that seems to work just fine.
