Wow, I'm super impressed with the quality of this case. My pictures and video are just as vivid and clear with the case as they are without it. I expected it to arrive wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap but it came with it's own box packaging and everything, very nice! It's everything you would expect and more, mine included a very fine quality terry cloth to wipe smudges & fingerprints clean without scratching anything. It's extremely sturdy minus the rather thin metal loop that holds the latch in place, if you treat it right there is no doubt it'll last for a year or two however. Perfect button positioning for my Hero 4, the buttons feel sturdy, work good and look nice. It was pouring rain here when mine arrived so I got to test the water proof aspect (in wet weather) straight away and that aspect indeed also worked flawlessly. I don't snorkel or dive, no plans to take my camera under water but for anyone who does I'm sure so long as the gasket is free of hair & debris it will certainly keep a good seal. I have a strange feeling the people complaining about their case not holding a seal never made completely sure their rubber gasket was totally 100% free of debris before submerging their camera. All in all this is a great quality product, I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in need of such a case. TIP: The case latch opens from the front side, just pull up gently on the latch. If you tug and pull from the back side you'll more than likely bend the metal ring that holds the latch thus destroying the waterproof seal. Be careful with the latch thingy until you get the hang of it! ;-)

Good enough replacement

I have had this cover for years and it’s is still sealing great and doesn’t let any water or dirt in. I’ve dropped it and carried it around in a backpack full of stuff and it’s has taken a beating but still holds great. I would highly recommend this product.

I really liked this product because it felt just like GoPro's housing. I've had another replacement housing before this Suptig, and it was rubbish. The latch was difficult to close, which then forced me to press harder, and then it would snap so hard and loud I thought I might have broken it. The latch on the Suptig however works nice and easy, and my Hero 4 slides in and out very smoothly. Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased this to replace my broken GoPro Brand case. Tested it at home in a bucket without issue, then used it for a dive trip on a liveaboard boat. After 3-4 dives at <60ft moisture began showing up inside the case and on the camera. Because I had no alternative on the liveaboard, I wiped out the case, allowed it to dry, and checked the seals upon reclosure. It continued to allow in moisture after every other dive. Thankfully, it never fully flooded and didn't ruin my GoPro, but I will not be using this case again.

Arrived quickly and as described. We never could get the camera to work so we returned it and the case because the replacement we bought was a new Hero that's waterproof already. I can say this is waterproof. Before putting the camera in we tested it with toilet paper, paper towels, and newspaper to check for leaks. It never leaked! Totally watertight! Since we had to send it back ( because we ended up returning the camera), the seller was easy to deal with our return as well and prompt with instructions on how to do that as well as issue the refund.

Die Schutzhülle ist absolut dicht und die Schalterelemente lassen sich gut bedienen. Okay nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen aber billig kauft mehrmals. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen

Works perfect with Go Pro 4.

This case replaced another non-original case I was using which always activated the wifi on the camera when installed. I’m glad to say this case has no such issue and is doing the job perfectly.
