Adult Womens Storybook Alice Fancy Dress Costume – Medium (UK 14-16)

I needed a costume for World Book Day and this was a fantastic purchase! It didn't feel cheap and nasty and was comfortable enough that I wore it all day without wishing I could get changed. I paired it with a petticoat for extra "floof" but it would have worked equally well without. It was flattering and I enjoyed wearing it.I had to pin the apron straps to the shoulder of the dress as they kept slipping down and if I wear it again I'll take a few minutes to stitch them on but the is a very, very minor issue.

Brilliant costume. Looks exactly like the picture. I did need to safety pin the apron straps to stop them falling down, but apart from that, no problem with this costume at all. True to size and very comfortable. I had to wear fancy dress all day and this was fantastic.I'm so happy I found this seller- Thank you for understanding not every woman wearing fancy dress wants to have her tits /arse /both on display!

Arrived on time, Very pleased with my purchase as it's for a Disney day at work and I doubt that an Alice dress with a hemline of 6inches or less would be acceptable 😂 This costume is perfect I'm about 5'2 and it's shin length on me with a size medium, you need safety pins to hold the apron on properly at the shoulders but I don't think that's much of a hardship, great value for money!

Came 2 days before the date it said which was fab, however I ordered a small, the packet said small, but the dress was an XL so comes down to my ankles. Have tried to sinch it in and doesnt look too bad with the paron but was not please. Written to seller about this. Apron needs pinning to stay up but overall nice quality for such a cheap costume. shame about the mess up with the sizing.

True to size dress. However apron is too big so have had to adjust with scissors, a needle and cotton. Also have bought something to wear underneath as a little thinner material than expected.

First of all, I thought I would order my usual size in this, I’m 5’3 and it drowned me. Came about mid shin. Had to take it up and in to get it to resemble a shape. People still did not realise I was supposed to be alice (I had on full blonde wig) probably wouldn’t buy again to be honest.

Good fit, perfect for world book day. I used 2 safety pins to help keep the white straps up as they kept sliding off my shoulders.

Great costume, needs ironing and apron needs a couple of pins to make it fit better but great effect overall.
