Simply Quantum Physics

Very good book. Gives a simple introduction to a very complicated subject. Full of facts and necessary theories etc. Well worth the price.

The media could not be loaded. Loved it. The illustrations are great. Explanations are very easy to understand. One of the best books. Really - 'DK Simply always Simply'

No maths but only colour pictures to explain key quantum terminology. However chapter heading pages in puce colour with black letters make them difficult to read. Otherwise attractively printed book.

Excellent series for the layperson to appreciate different subjects (physics in this case). The concepts are presented in a simple manner, but it’s not for beginners. Understanding principles and hypotheses that are crucial to appreciating quantum physics is the aim. This book delivers and has a lot of “ah-ha” moments. So if you’d like to learn more and increase your appreciation of physics, then this book is for you.

May require several reads to understand it.

As the title suggest, the book is written very simply. A very good perspective from a high school or possibly a Jr. High School level. A good read for those who know little about physics.

I can't pretend to understand all that much of it myself but I do like the illustrative way of conveying complex information. It was bought as a gift and well received.
