Swash SWHLDLFS2 Liquid Laundry Detergent, Simply Sunrise, 83 Loads, 30 Ounce

I have purchased 3 bottles of this detergent. The first one sold me. The cap dispenses exactly what you need and in my front load washer, when I do the self clean feature now for the last 2 months, there aren't as many suds from left behind detergent. Yes. I have about 2 loads/day/10/week that I do and the bottle lasted about 2 months. I have always had issues with the pods as they are still too much detergent for the loads I do in my front load washer unless I am doing a comforter or something. Then you are spot treating, adding additional detergent for larger loads. This makes the laundry feel much cleaner than Tide does. I was to the point of using 1 cup of baking soda with my Tide pods to get laundry to feel clean without any left behind soap residue. This initial bottle was the answer to my prayers. I ran out. Purchased a 2nd bottle. The first squirt, only half a squirt came out. I tilt back to refill the cap and back down and squeeze. Nothing. I remove the cap and look and the flap inside that is designed to dispense the proper amount of detergent is dangling. No amount of fiddling works to fix the issue. The flap will flip back after every squirt and block the exit. I decide to ask Whirlpool for an extra cap. Amazon says contact Whirlpool for any issues. Not them. No sense in returning a bottle that I have used some product from already. Trying to do the right thing, I reach out to Whirlpool. After sitting on hold for over an hour, the rep tells me I need to contact Amazon and she doesn't know why they sent me to Whirlpool and hangs up. No other solution offered. She actually says to me, "That is stupid to ask for an extra cap. Just get the entire bottle." I go back to Amazon and the only choice is to return/replace otherwise it will direct me back to Whirlpool. So now I receive the 3rd bottle in the mail yesterday from Amazon and that flap is broken as well. I have now been on hold with Whirlpool at my work desk on my cell phone for 2.5 hours and I called right at 8 a.m. when they opened. I have left my desk and returned and it is still on hold. There is NO option to contact Whirlpool via LiveChat without a model number/serial number and the email options are also for only appliances. If you go to the Whirlpool SWASH website, the only option is to use good old USPS and mail them a strongly worded disappointment letter or sit on hold on the phone and hope that they will answer your call. For this simple reason, I am returning both bottles and going elsewhere to another company to buy a totally different detergent. If I can't get hold of anyone, then I don't want to use your product. Don't give me CoVid as your excuse if you have NO email address for complaints or assistance because this is the year 2021 not 2000. Everyone has customer support via email especially now with CoVid! I cannot recommend this product simply due to the fact that if you ever have an issue you won't be able to let them know.

I have bought 4 so far, but the last three were disappointing.One of them leaked all over the delivery box and the other twoHad caps that didn’t work. Tried contacting Whirlpool but nothing so far.Whirlpool I’m a retired Whirlpool employee please help!

Got this last night. Tried it right away. It takes so little for each load, maybe a couple teaspoons. This made no suds at all. I said for sure this is junk. But when I took the clothes out of the washer I was quite surprised to smell a very nice light fragrance in the clothes. I was immediately impressed with that. Stains were gone. I first washed filthy dog bedding. They looked clean. I am very stubborn in that I will always prefer powder. I must say I’m not exaggerating when I say it is the best of any liquid I have ever used. I have had sparkling white washes for years. I use cheer powder on the colors and I used to use OxyContin on my whites but in recent years I cannot find the original oxydol so I just use cheer on the whites with a good powder oxygen bleach. Everyone tells me they could never get clothes as clean as I can. This product actually works well, but the real test is how the clothes look after many washings. Got to be honest, I for one will never permanently use liquid or pods. My water is very soft lake water and powder outperforms liquid in these conditions. But this product actually works well and in cold water to boot. I cannot say that about liquid tide or Persil And not seeing any suds but clean clothes with excellent stain removal is nothing short of impressive. I will use this for three months and nothing else and I will let you know what I think because I find liquids don’t remove wash water dirt as well not do they rinse well for me. Yes I am impressed but one or two washes don’t tell me how it will work over the long term And it’s passed the test very well. Bear in mind this product is very low to no sudsing, as tempting as it is you don’t need to add more. I have very soft lake water here. The worst stained clothes come clean and smell so good. You don’t need to pretreat stains. I have a top loader. I find it best to add detergent then clothes and leave the washer alone till it’s done. I don’t dare lift the cover and peek or there will be an overwhelming temptation to add more. And leaving it be isn’t easy for me but I’m surprised how clean everything is

Well I love it and it's perfect for every load. Scent is nice but it cleans well and I have no allergic reaction.
