Refresh basics

I downloaded this to my Kindle and found nothing wrong with how it looked. The graphics are beautiful, and the content is easy to understand. A good purchase. Just what I needed.

This is an excellent piece of reference material - neatly laid out and explains various concepts really well.

Excellent series for the layperson to appreciate different subjects (math in this case). The concepts are presented in a simple manner, but it’s not for beginners. I’ll never forget when I was first was told “Numbers don’t lie, people do.” and “All measurement is approximate. Only counting is exact.” Understanding principles like these is simple, yet crucial, to appreciating math. This book has a lot of these “ah-ha” moments. So if you’d like to learn more and increase your appreciation of math, then this book is for you.
