Great quality, great flavor! I have only used it to make tikka masala, and it’s been perfect.

First, you should know I am no expert in Indian food or spices, but we thoroughly enjoy dishes at our favorite Indian restaurant... that being said, We decided to try making a dish at home and the recipe called for Garam Masala which I could not find at my local store. When I googled it online some spice blends advertised it as being very spicey and some didnt list the ingredients at all. We had no idea what to expect when ordering this. So for anyone wondering this is a SWEET spice mix with no heat. (It does have white pepper listed in the ingredients, but we didnt notice any heat from it at all) We were very pleased with the taste, and it made an excellent base for the Butter Chicken recipe we were making. The price was comparable to what I would have expected to pay in a grocery store per ounce, (2oz bag) the shipping was fast and the spice comes in a heavy, durable foil/plastic resealable pouch.As a side note, I received an email from the company with tips about using the spice blend and a promise to help with any questions or problems that may arise. We didnt have any problems at all with the order, but out of curiosity about their promise to respond, I sent a quick reply to their email. I received a reply email within hours. Because of that, I would say customer service is EXCELLENT and there is an actual person available to you if you have anything come up. Will definitely order again from this company.

Every product I try from this brand is amazing. I'm always shocked opening the package and being hit by the most amazing smells. Always fresh, and this is a good Garam Masala mix.

Garam Masala ... where to begin ?Know that the reference to 'Masala' is NOT an distinct flavor. To the culture an Masala is whatever the mix of herbs/spices chosen by its creator - and no matter how different the flavor it is called (an) 'Masala' .This Masala appeals to my/our taste buds. The preceding few words are very important since IF you find an Masala omitting one of the herbs/spices OR ADDS an different spice OR 'the amount' of spice it would be an different Masala. This makes food exciting doesn't it ?!I can not take credit for the outcome of the Masala - the awards for that goes to the Masala and my Wife. Here is where I must ask you to not, please do not make blame for the extra fifty pounds my legs must carry. Enjoy.

I have bought five different spices from this company and they are well packaged with quality ingredients.They have a huge variety of spices that I could not find anywhere else. This spice is a mixture of many ingredients and not an easy spice to make on your own.
