Great customer service
I had a late return and the customer service was great. I would use them again.The rebar tie gun works great I just need it for larger rebar. It was easy to use and worked just as they said.

Works fine most of the time. But sometimes ties are loose.

Worth the price
Does tie it pretty good, used it for about 5 projects now. Glitches out here & there but solid for the price compared to the expensive ones.

Broke quickly
Tie gun worked great for couple days then locked up and we can’t get it to work no matter what we try probably went through one spool of wire tried charging tried a different battery nothing!

after a few days of use it started to have feeding issues and the battery dies alott faster now

great tool so far
so far its been great, pretty easy to get dialed in. i've only ran a couple spools of wire through it. i'm pretty happy with it for the price compared to the high end tie guns. crossing my fingers it holds up. im not tying bar every day but i tie enough too see if it'll last. I'll try to update later on after it has a good amount of use on it.
