I bought this product do to feeling fatigue, stuffy nose and chest congested (kind of like bronchial), Ive been feeling like this after I quit smoking. I was skeptic but decided to try it after reading some good reviews.I dont like swallowing pills so I opened the capsule and put it in my smoothie. I felt the difference right away. My chest felt 80% less tight, my nose cleared, less fatigue even after walking a lot.
