Really excellently designed product. Was very easy to fit, all the fittings and wiring have been very well thought out so it's simple to install, even for just one person. Light is super bright, something I was a little concerned about from the pictures, but cameras do not represent just how bright this thing is. Amazing that you can adjust the light to a range of colours (orange to white) and fully dimmable so you can have any brightness you want. The remote control is fine, but I've found it easier to control through my phone (connected via Google Home), as you can see just what settings the light is on and adjust easily. The fan is great and will be a life saver this summer. Even on speed 1 the airflow is enough to keep me cool, and I have up to speed 6 if I need. Very pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. After looking at a few different models I decided to go for the Chanfok 20" fan. The price is slightly more expensive than competitors, however it seemed as though a lot of reviews on cheaper models were free products given out to test.The Chanfok 20" fan is amazing. I really love gadgets and this is definitely one of my best purchases to date. It looks sleek and modern. The build quality is excellent, and despite what other reviews might say, it's very easy to install, and most certainly doesn't require 2 people. As long as you leave 2 of the screws in the base (the 2 screws that go into the twist slots - you'll understand what i mean if you buy one) then you won't have an issue. You can use these to support the fan while installing the other 2 screws.In total it took me 10 minutes to install.I would recommend purchasing a wire block connector as they only include connector caps in the box, which i don't think are a very reliable method of connecting 2 wires together. Luckily there happened to be one in the existing light fitting that I was replacing.The functionality of the fan is excellent. You can adjust the temperature and brightness of the light (which goes very bright!). You can also quick select day and night modes.There are 6 fan speeds in total, and the fan is reversible, meaning it can blow air down, as well as sucking it up.The app was very easy to connect to. Simply switch the fan on at the wall switch, then press the Bluetooth button in the app within 5 seconds to pair. It pairs instantly and works very well. It's very responsive with no lag at all.This is not a paid review, nor did I receive the product for free.Overall I'd highly recommend this fan. You could say "I'm a big fan" of this product.

Paid for a qualified electrician to comeOut and fit. No problem easy. Connected to the Tuya app no problem and also the Smart Life app as an alternative. Worked fine through the apps and even with the supplied remote.But no luck getting it to work with Alexa , couldn’t find the fan on the network, Tried for six hours installing, uninstalling and resetting router configurations to make sure it was on 2.4gh and not 5 as per instructions.Almost as if the non Alexa version was put in the wrong box at the factory by mistake.On a plus note it is a lovely looking fan , very bright and the fan is really effective at cooling.I’m was impressed so will be ordering another in the hope that the one I received was either the wrong model or faulty.Will re-review re-ordered Fan once received and fitted and adjust my score accordingly.Updated ReviewAfter receiving my second fan , I was unable to get Alexa to find that one too.I contacted support via email at [email protected] and after sending them my fan ID from the Tuya app , their technical team managed to remotely enable Alexa compatibility on my fan. After doing this my Alexa had no problem finding the fan and light and I can now turn on and off the fan and light and adjust fan speed no problem.Great after sales and support. The support is in the USA so email replies do come early in the morning if you are in the UK. 3am ish .I have updated my stats to 5 a love the fan now it is working as it should.Hope this review helps if someone else got a fan that can’t be found by Alexa.

Ordered this during a mini heatwave after discovering ceiling fans no longer like the one my granny used to have.Easy to install, I was up and running in no time. The fan pushes a lot of air and cools effectively, even on the lowest setting without being overly loud which was perfect as I installed it in my bedroom.The remote is functional and the tuya app is very easy to set up and integrate with Alexa.The Alexa voice commands for the light are fantastic - set brightness, colour temp, on/off quickly and easily. The fan voice controls though.... Er. Yeah. Use the app or remote. Knocking 1 star off for that and hope they fix that in the future. Other than *that* though, I highly recommend this light/fan and a couple of friends have bought them after seeing it in action.
