Not tacky & not heavy. Moisturized.CONCENTRATION- 25mg per 1/4tsp (highest I can find on amazon)COST- high (paid $31)DOWNSIDE- not in metered pump. Comes with a tiny spoon with no measurements marked. Exactly like the spoons you use to sample with at ice cream shops.PACKAGING- comes in a box. Tube has a flip top lid which is nice since my go to has a twist off lid. A small pamphlet with more info & instructions for men & women. And of course the tiny useless spoon.BENEFITS- no more hair falling out or sore breasts & pretty painless periods now. Also, I sleep way better!Overall, this product is great. My go to cream was out of stock & I needed some cream asap. This product works beautifully & I would buy again in a pinch. I've tried the metered pump ones by Now & LifeFlo (both @ 20mg per 1/4tsp) & do not really like either for the disgusting smell or leaving skin tacky. Since I am using a lot of cream (900mg/day) I needed to find the highest concentrated cream possible.But outside of amazon, my go to cream is at a concentration of 41.5 per 1/4tsp & costs $15! Same size bottle, higher concentration & costs half the price. Can be found at progesteronetherapy dot com.If you are new or struggling with progesterone, I'd visit that site as well. It changed my life, as my symptoms were worse when first starting on progesterone cream. I had swollen feet & legs, super sore breasts & deep vein pain in my neck when I followed the back of a store bought bottle's instruction! The website I listed taught me I wasn't using enough. Progesterone has to become the dominant hormone in order to get sweet relief. Never use less that 200mg a day or your symptoms will be worse.*edit I use Ona's 20% progesterone creamnow. Has 200mg per pump. I use 2,000mg a day on days 19 till my period starts. Her 10% cream is on amazon, though (100mg per pump). Her sites gets cream to me faster than Amazon!

This is very expensive hormonal cream. I cannot believe they shipped this delicate product in an small envelope without any thermal protection via USPS knowing that USPS place small items in black mail box which is like an oven under the Sun. I am not sure if the product is any good any more.

I don’t usually write a review but I must say this stuff is amazing and has changed the way I feel. I have estrogen dominance and my belly bloats like I am 7 month pregnant, have digestive problems, crazy hot flashes all my life, irritable , fatigue, hair loss, dry skin and some other unpleasant things lol but I feel amazing ! I even joined a gym again lol!! I have tied a lot of things but this is it. Of course it depends on your symptoms but for me it’s my miracle cream! Good stuff!

This product does what it is supposed to. I have had no reactions to it. It induced my periods and made the consistency very thin, therefore NO cramps at that time of the month! The only thing is that I bleed for a little too long while on it but I have hormonal problems so it is not the product's fault.

I just started using this product, so I don't have a conclusive answer about how well it works, but, I was looking for a natural progesterone cream, and someone highly recommended this to me. I was studying the different progesterone cream reviews and descriptions on amazon.com and was having a hard time finding what I was looking for, but when I searched for this one and found it, it looked like exactly what I was looking for.

This product is very helpful! I am so glad I purchased it. I am noticing positive changes in my cycle, mood and overall health.
