Yes, we would all rather be drinking an ice cream milk shake, but that’s not going to happen. So for those of us in the real world, Ensure Max has a boatload of protein and calcium and very low carbs. The flavor is about the best of the lot. I’ve tried them all. However, avoid the cherry cheesecake at all costs - I dumped out an entire case after one bottle. Vanilla is so so, I didn’t hate it but won’t order again. The chocolate mocha tastes like an iced mocha latte and the strawberry tastes just like the old Nestles Strawberry Quik, which I loved as a kid. The Milk Chocolate and the Peach are not at all bad and make a nice variety. Drink very cold, and I would strongly suggest you put it into a glass with some ice rather than drinking from the container. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. This is a nutritious, low calorie low carb meal. I think it’s worth every penny.

This Case of Ensure matches its description for ingredients and protein content. The single serve boxes are resealable, portable and can be recycled in my area. I find Ensure to be drinkable warm or cold. It isn’t that thick to begin with and doesn’t turn into a gagable froth once shaken. This flavor of Cherry Cheesecake is more vanilla to me with a subtle cherry finish, the same as the birthday cake profile. I just shake as I drink to keep the consistancy right and avoid a mouthful of just the flavor at the end. The taste lasts a few minutes, the fuel included is what I really need for a few hours at work. I find Ensure does fill me up as an early day meal substitute, so it does provide the value for money aspect, since vending machine chips and soda cost more than my one, nutritionally balanced shake, this Math is totally Mathing for me, the taste is not bad, texture is creamy, this is my favorite brand and flavor now, but for all the haters, keep driving the price down for me :)

If you are on GLP1 you've already been told by your doctor how important protein consumption is and this is the perfect companion for my GLP1 jabs. Ensure is also a doctor recommended product--unlike a lot of protein shakes out there. And they contain a full range of vitamins too so essentially they are a complete meal. My tastebuds have changed significantly since starting GLP1 and these little shakes are so delicious to me. The texture and quality are fantastic and here is a suggestion for the best flavor: put them in the freezer just long enough to get some ice crystals forming and then drink them with a straw they are JUST LIKE an ice cream shake!!! My favorite flavors are cherry cheesecake, peach, vanilla and birthday cake. These are an excellent value when Amazon is running a special. I often get them for 27 bux or less if I wait for a price drop.

I hate the taste and I thought I hated chocolate. However I guess it does the job. Thirty grams of protein is great. Will stick to vanilla or premier.

I’m on a GLP1 diet, so being able to grab a quick protein intake is definitely helpful. I have found these to be one of the better options. Specifically, easy to drink with no weird aftertaste. I particularly like the Birthday Cake option.

Ehhh not exactly the flavor I was going for. This is more like a very light strawberry shake with more milk than strawberry. It isn't bad but it certainly isn't strawberry cheesecake. The consistency is also thinner than other protein drinks and that may be why I can't really get into it.
