There Are Only 4 NET Carbs. Each individual drink contains 6 Carbs but also contains 2 dietary fiber, so that will equal only 4 net carbs. My whole family loves these things. We actually mix an individual drink with 8 oz of 2% milk, or Almond Milk, to provide "more" to drink/eat and it still tastes great.
