Has few moving pieces and does not require too much maintenence. The option of using already ground coffee is a plus. Two downsides: if you ground the coffee too fine, the machine cannot really handle it and creates a messy watery waste. The second downside is that you cannot contorl the milk temperature and the standard temperature is pretty low.
