This is a great product for those wanting to take D3 K2. The pill size is average size and easy to take. My vitamin d levels have gone up when taking this brand. I'm very happy with this product.

I have problems keeping my Vitamin D levels above deficient, and this product quickly brought them up. I get joint pain and feel awful when my levels are low. Great product, obviously absorbs well for me (based on my doctor’s labwork). Solaray has always been a reliable brand, I have been using their products for over 30 years and they will continue to be a brand I trust.

Since I started taking this, my joint pains has gone. This is best paired with Magnesium Glycinate. I take these two while I'm on carnivore diet. It helps me big time.
