The OXO Restaurant Turner is 12 1/4 inches long. The flat base of the turner is 5' 1/8 x 2 7/8. The silicone handle is 5 inches.

Will do this flip eggs???

It will, but not my favorite. For eggs, I use a longer soft silicone spatula. I use the OXO grip for my grill or griddle. Steaks, burgers, etc...

Does this work for turning a thin crepe on a griddle without ripping the crepe?
