Bought this for my brother and his family. He loves it except for the first 10x he used it. He said there was a burning smell that came from it but went away after a few uses.

The product's inner pot rapidly starts to peel off after the usual warranty period. The plasticky so-called diamond x wall... I was reading up on some googling I have done to find out this thing can be very very toxic if ingested. I threw it away. This expensive rice maker is crap. I really really regret buying this on a whim just by stupidly reading up on some enthusiasts praising this brand. They will not replace your pot if it's over the warranty period and it will peel on you 1000%.

This rice cooker keeps rice good for up to three days! The rice cooker is one of the best rice cookers we used. My mom loves to cook mixed grain rice she loves it!

my 10 year old cuckoo is not cooking for me. it's doing what it supposed to do. i didn't try any other than cooking rice. so far i like it very much.
