How do I contact The seller?? I've Just revived these put them on charge it said 100% But it only last 1 hour before The battery is on 10% But it's advertised to last 5 hours with 1 single charge mine lasts 1 hour

This product didn’t work and I was charged for return
The earphones didn’t work when arrived. I returned them and was charged £6 for return postage!

Hard to get out of case.
Strong magnet makes it fiddly to remove from case. Also make sure the small charging circles are not covered by blue plastic. Not that east to see but if the dots are blue, remove dots with finger nail until brass is showing and then they will charge up.Ok for price paid.

Amazing value at less than £10Work great but not HiFi. Noise cancellation poor.Good tight fit in the ear for jogging.Operating time approximately 2 hours which is much less than specification.Before first charge remove plastic covers on ear pod contacts.
