Arrived in perfect condition. Beautifully packaged and secure, which is important for something with so many delicate, moving parts.The Betus flip clock is a stunner! Heavier than you would think... Dense. More metal than plastic. Over the first 18-hours, the time has been spot-on. I was worried, because many reviews for this and other flip clocks mention them being more showpiece than timepiece. That may still end up being the case here -- as one day is too short a test period -- but mine's not losing minutes every hour or failing to flip, as some have reported. I will be sure to update this January 2019 review should that change.The only things to be concerned about is that it does seem fragile. I would not feel comfortable displaying this where it could come into contact with sticky kid fingers or wagging dog tails. I'll also have to be careful dusting it. Compressed air would seem to be more appropriate than trying to wipe it with anything or using a feather duster.If there were one thing I'd change, I wish it were a 24-hour clock, instead of displaying time in AM/PM, but that's a personal quibble. I'd enthusiastically try something else from Betus.

I had this on my wishlist for a long time before I actually decided to buy it! I’m so glad I did because it’s amazing, house guests are always shocked when it flips! People tend to think it’s just decor and not an actual working clock, but it is!It works great and hasn’t lost any time since I’ve had it! Looks very cool and I still am entranced whenever I see it flip. It’s not loud at all and I don’t tend to notice it making the flip noise unless I’m directly under it (it’s on the wall over a seating area in my house).Overall, amazing product! Looks very cool and modern, works great, and isn’t loud or distracting. However you will need a D battery in order for it to work! So keep that in mind.

I absolutely love this clock! It's unique, looks great and is a conversation starter. I've read the reviews about the noisy ticking, but I don't agree. It does click slightly louder when the hour tab changes, but that's the only time I ver notice it. I've had this clock for about 9 months and it's been reliable and it seems to keep pretty accurate time as well. I definitely recommend!

Wanted to like this clock as it has an future retro look but while it’s pretty it’s also fairly defectives the blinds that change to tell the time get stuck mid turn and it piled up and looks ugly they are so delicates some must have been damaged in shipping. Super annoying. It very quiet to the point where you don’t know if it’s on or not which leaves you sometimes looking at it for the time and looking for another clock just to make sure it’s the right time. Not recommended

The media could not be loaded. It’s cute and easy to read time. But it’s not quite, it ticks every minutes and little louder when hour changes together.

I’ve wanted this clock for years, finally had a great place to put it. It now sits on a shelf in our mudroom to motivate our kids to get ready for school on time. Numbers are great for kiddos that can’t read a clock yet. Perfection on design and personality. The time is also accurate, just make sure to get the specific D carbon zinc (low power use) batteries. I found them easily at BigLots after accidentally ordering the normal alkaline version in advance of receiving my package with instructions.

I like the style of this retro flip clock. I have another one which gets a lot of compliments in my home. I purchased this second one for my office. As you can see from the picture, as the clock flipped during the day, these two pieces fell off. Unlike the first clock, the numbers (after they flip) do not consistently lay flat. I suppose the black band holding the numbers onto the clock (in the center of each side) was too tight, not allowing the numbers to flip easily and lay flat. Meanwhile, I guess some of the numbers got stuck and when the clock continued to flip, it caused some of the numbers to fall off as they were not laying flat. This did not happen with my first clock and while I like the look, and it is not too expensive, I do not want a clock that I have to work on to work properly- too much work for a decorative item. Returning it.

This is a great clock! I had a few questions about the product and emailed the company directly. The customer service rep I was working with answered my multiple questions and really did a stellar job. The product itself is amazing and I can't imagine life without it. Definitely a statement piece. Mine is quiet as can be while running, and the only think you can hear is the numbers turning over. The minute cards are the quietest, and on the hour when they both flip is when you can hear the flip more distinctly. You end up not hearing the noise at all once you're accustomed to it. I personally love it. I would recommend this product and this company.

Great clock. I first bought the one that is “amazons choice”. That clock is very low quality and came in 700 pieces most missing or damaged, it was very difficult to get a refund. I was really on the fence about getting this since my experience with the other was so dreadful. I am very happy i got this one! It is great quality and can be hung from a wall, which i prefer much better, than sitting on its own base. This one can stand on its own as well. Im very impressed the clock has been running for over a month and it keeps perfect time. When the it clicks over to the next hour, it makes a small click noise. The noise is very quite, but can easily be heard it there are no other noises around. That seems annoying but its kind of nice cause it sort of reminds you of the time without looking. One of a kind, amazing product

Clock works well, looks great and I'm very pleased with it.Instructions say use a carbon battery or something, but I've used a regular battery just as others have said in their reviews and no issues.In my experience, you DO hear it when the numbers change (minutes and hours) but it's a flip clock, so that shouldn't be shocking. Then again, I put it on a shelf on my desk, so it's four feet away from my ears!Wall mountable as well as depicted in another reviewer's photo.

An excellent mixture of retro and modern. Touches of chrome and clear readability make it a nice touch to any room. I find it well made and it functions flawlessly so far. A little tricky to set rotate minutes dial counterclockwise and set it a minute ahead as it takes that long to initiate the flipping action. Once set remains accurate.
