Is the weight adjustable? Or are they set at 19?

Yes,it is adjustable, you can change the weight adjusting bolt, adjust the weight of your own preference

Can i get this combo set in a 48" length and 12mm shafts?

the length and size will come as description, differnet length for you to choose:)

I've owned alot of sticks...they are not the best I've ever owned but they are very good quality and shoot very nice... I shoot with them every day

Is replacement shaft available?

I purchased this set last year. I doubt there is a replacement shaft because of the cheap and poor quality. Do yourself a favor and save a little bit and buy something like a predator. Better quality. The shafts are made from many strips of wood allowing some flex to control your English. I regret ever spending money for this set.
