Artcade: The Book of Classic Arcade Game Artwork Hardcover – January 4, 2016

I thought it would have more cabinet side art. There is only a handful of these types of pics. The majority is cabinet marquees only (130~150 different cabinet marquees), which is fine in itself but not what I thought I was getting. Shipped from the UK.

The book contained full size scans of video arcade artwork.Fantastic as it will be a great resource for me.I am currently building my own arcade machine.I would use seller again. Product description met product received.

The artwork featured in this book is almost entirely marquees. There's little-to-no information on most games.I was unimpressed with some of the print/scan quality, but it wasn't terrible.If the title of the book was "Mostly Common Arcade Marquees", I'd say I got what I asked for.

The pictures are nice and the quality of the prints are great, but all the pictures are printed as spreads across pages. I found it hard to enjoy the artwork with the binding running down the center of each page.

There are a few glaring omissions, but classics like Shinobi, Altered Beast, and late 80s Capcom hits are included. Excellent paper and print quality.

Great book for nostalgia or history. I find some of the art in this book to be more outstanding than most of what I've seen in museum art exhibits.

Excellent arcade coffee table book

Beautiful!

Beautiful book of classic arcade game marquees. The pictures are kept clear of any text (barring the page number) which is much appreciated, and there's a full list of titles and descriptions at the end. The book is a good size too, approximately A4 so it opens up nice and wide to show the images in their full glory.

A well received gift

Fantastic, large format book with most of the artwork spread over 2 pages. A lot of surprisingly bad but charming artwork, but the nostalgia overrules! Love it!

Stunning, the contents really brought back some great memories.

Somebody thought a bit more background on the machines would have been nice. For me it's simply about the visuals.
