Really great for marijuana. It's the only way I have found to tell recent us of marijuana since marijuana stays in the system for weeks. However, it shows a light line for negative even though the screen is positive for THC. So, if the line on negative is light, its probably positive for recent marijuana use. Additionally, be aware that mouthwashes are sold that can cause a test to show negative even if marijuana has been used. So, it isn't real reliable unless it's a surprise test. Even given those things, these are an excellent tool for monitoring recent marijuana use.

I ordered these for pre-employment screening. We decided to test them out on all 10 of the staff at the same time. We had a RN administer the tests to everyone, following the instructions to the letter and we even used a timer. Out of 10, only 2 tests actually showed results for all 5 panels. 2 people had partial results and the other 6 had no results at all show up on any panel. Very unreliable. Waste of money. Have to find another product that will be reliable. Probably can't return what I bought since we used half of them.

We have been using for over a year and the test are always good and easy to administer.

For everyone that said they don't work are doing the test wrong or want to believe the person is using and or they believe the person that said they just used and came back negative. I know I tested myself 5 days before my main test and that brand was Orasure. So I tested my self about 5 times a day till my main test and I even took a gummer of cocaine Tuesday night and came up positive the next day,also on a urine test too. The night before my test the line was not a solid red line yet but when I woke up before I left everything said negative. PS I even asked the lady if the at home swab test work. She said yes and I passed , they used Orasure testing too so these work 100% i know cause I was dirty then days past to a clean reading so ignore all of those negative reviews, I was using every day and testing my self too. THEY WORK!

These swabs were so helpful for customers who have a force for treatment and I was able to supervise them which makes a difference when people are involved with the child welfare system. They are convenient and can be done with ease. I know the UA's are gold standard but when you can't observe someone of the opposite sex this does the trick! It is also less invasive.

The drug tests only work if they are used correctly. If the stem that goes into your mouth is not heavily saturated, it wont work. They are so so…

I been testing my son for the past month and it’s not an accurate results usually pulls out negative when I noticed that he had weed that same day so my review was to the company to make sure if you’re gonna do a product that it does work because people trust What they’re purchasing from the beginning I thought I was having responsible and committed son to change his life but eventually this product does not work

Most of these test were defective, no lines at all.
