I researched quite sometime for suitable supplements for aging and tried Tru Niagen. After emptying the bottle, i tried other brand which is cheaper but also used by many and one of the famous brand in the market. However, i noticed that the results i got from Tru Niagen is not the same with the other brand. Tru will really boost your immune system and metabolism more than you expected without any side effects (on me). other brand is also good but it makes my stomach upset. Definitely will be switching back to Tru.

It’s been helpful but can’t be sure if it’s attributed to just this supplement as i use I use multiple to attain results, however a good brand and I stick to it

I have tried other brands and had fantastic results , this for me had zero impact. Expensive with no results. Moved to my previous brand and I still have a full bottle of this one.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this supplement has really impressed me. I’ve been using it consistently before workouts, and the boost in strength and endurance is noticeable. I feel like I can push harder and recover faster, especially during heavy lifts or high-intensity intervals. I have also noticed my post workout pain is reduced and recovery is faster. What sets this apart for me is the NAD support. I’ve read a lot about how NAD helps with cellular energy and repair, and I genuinely feel more balanced throughout the day—less drained after workouts and more mentally sharp too. It’s a clean, smooth energy—no jitters, no crash, and no weird aftertaste. It is expensive. However, I believe the value and quality of this product is appropriate for the size and feel as thought the value is justified for the cost. It’s not magic, but paired with good nutrition and consistent training, it’s definitely helped me level up. This is now one of the few supplements I actually look forward to taking. I look forward to the additional benefits NAD provides and hope some of my long standing pain issues will be resolved. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started taking 300mg daily upon receiving the NAD+ and felt Normal. However, I felt more energetic after taking 600mg of Niagen. It kept me awake and feeling strong for a long time into the night. I advise not taking before bed as it will keep you up. It a great product that yielded quick results for me.

Another update 12/8/21: I have been taken 300mg each morning for a few months now. Over the last three weeks I’ve been noticing a decline in energy, sleep and clarity. It made me wonder if I started to build a tolerance or plateau and need to increase dosage over time. I decided to add an additional 150mg to my original 300mg dosage yesterday morning. I didn’t really notice anything till I woke this morning. I had a little more energy waking up, a little more clarity, and slightly better mood. I had more vivid dreams too. I will say that life has been quite busy of late, and I have been eating quick and easy packaged snack food (mostly processed grains) that doesn’t agree with normal my anti-inflammation/anti grain diet. This is causing painful inflammation which could be causing increased fatigue, brain fog, and low mood. That said, I might have stayed good at the 300mg dose if I was eating better. Hopefully I can get off this merry-go-round after the holidays and go back to eating right and back to my 300mg, as these are expensive. Still they are worth it. Adding this with my AIP diet, I experienced so much more strength and energy. Not a shaky energy, more like heighten motivation to take on the day and do more. For a time I was working out every morning and beginning to quickly see results in muscle tone. Something I haven’t seen in a long while, and something that isn’t supposed to be so easy after 40. I think I just messed things up with eating pizza and grains the past few weeks. Thankfully adding on the 150mg is helping a little. First Update: this is definitely working. It’s subtle but I noticed results the first week of taking it. I’ve been taking this for three weeks now and definitely see a difference in my energy levels. I am getting more done. My thoughts are more organized. I seem to be more motivated as well. Which is huge. I was taking this last year and stopped because I thought they were giving me headaches but I haven’t had any headaches in the three weeks I have been taking this at full 300mg dose. I think the headaches may have been from taking it with Pterostilbene. Not sure. I will have to experiment with the Pterostinbene again and report back. I wish I never stopped taking it, as the results are accumulative I’m sure. I spent most of the spring and summer tired/uninspired; and this was in my drawer the whole time. Live and learn. Definitely worth a try. Original review: I was taking this last year everyday sometimes every other day for a few months and slowly, started to notice more energy, vitality and increased strength endurance. It’s a subtle experience over time. Unfortunately, I also noticed that it gave me headaches sometimes. So I started using half the dose. I purchased some empty gelatin capsules and would fill them with half the powder from the NR capsule. This seemed to help lessen the headaches but was a hassle. Eventually I stopped taking them altogether. Not making the connection until now (4 months later) i went from taking power yoga classes everyday to twice a week. I seem to have more brain fog, less muscle strength and increased fatigue. I don’t think I fully appreciated how well these worked because it’s so subtle. It’s not like you feel it working (like a caffeine rush). Now I’m back to repurchase and see if I can get back the strength, vitality, and clarity I experienced last year. Will definitely update to confirm results. The headaches I got with this could have also been from coupling with other supplements so will experiment there. My advice would be to maybe start with 150mg and work your way up from there.
